Does the Smart Control Setup operate with my current blinds?
In our system, a small smart actuator is fitted to the curtain rod or slat rail that is already in place on the blind. The actuator is wirelessly (Wi-Fi or Zigbee) connected to your home network and operated through a smartphone application, voice assistant (Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri) or a special wall switch. You are capable of scheduling, building scenes, and regulating the amount of light, and you do not need to change your blinds.
What gadgets or systems can be used with the Smart Control Setup?

– Voice Assistants: Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit.
– Smart Hubs Home: Wink, Samsung SmartThings, Home Assistant.
– Standalone switches: You may combine a wired wall switch or a wireless remote which is a preferred physical control method.
What will be the appearance or functionality of my blinds after the installation?
Absolutely not. The actuator is designed in a flat and low-profile, which is positioned behind the frame of the blinds. When you have the blinds on, it cannot be seen and therefore your style does not change. The blinds are more responsive and accurate in their functionality, and automated shading will save you energy.
How secure is the system? Can my blinds be hacked?
Security is a top priority. Our actuator utilizes encrypted Wi-Fi (TLS 1.2+) and a special key of the device that is known only by our servers. Every communication is verified and the firmware of the device is automatically upgradable to address any vulnerabilities in the device. We advise you to use a strong password in your home network and update your application on a regular basis.
What is my post-installation support and maintenance services?
